all information and advice for those people in Herefordshire who care for someone else, or professionals working with carers.

An Adult carer
A Parent-carer (a parent caring for a disabled child)
A Young Carer (a young person under 18 with caring responsibilities). Click here if you are a Young Carer.
We are keen to count the number of carers in Herefordshire, so if you are a carer, please register with us.

Normally we would contact you and discuss what services we might be able to provide you with, but if you do not want us to contact you, you can say so on the registration screen.
The Carers Hub is managed and run on a day-to-day basis by Herefordshire Carers Support Ltd, an independent charity. Click to see Who We Are. 
The Hub, funded by the County of Herefordshire District Council, offers advice, information and emotional support to individual carers and young carers, on the phone, through home visits, support groups or the Newsletter.
